The first independent film studio in Lithuania, founded in 1989 by director Sharunas Bartas.

 

Over the course of thirty years, the studio has produced several dozen feature, documentary films that have successfully participated in major world film festivals and won important awards.

 

Studija Kinema is the first Lithuanian film company to implement co-production with foreign companies and now cooperates with both Lithuanian and foreign film producers and distributors.
